- Download the Registration Form and complete.
- Email completed registration form and required documents, including ID photo to tablevfc@gmail.com
REGISTRATION TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE 15 MARCH 2025Match kit is mandatory and needs to be purchased separately before 15 March 2025. Price for kit is R450.
